Be on the look out of negative thoughts. When you catch your self feeling down, stop the thoughts in its tracks.
Put things in perspective. Remember every one's life is full of sorrows and joys.
Try to find the good in bad situations. If you've sufferd a setbacks, for example, look at the situation tells about your self and learn from it. But don't dwell on it.
Learn From your mistakes. failure is one of the greatest learning tools, but many people let failure defeat them. Learn and try, try again.
Be grateful. Gratitude can help you focus on what's right in your life.
